Bodytoning

Body toning aerobic class is workout blending rhythmic cardio with strength training (using light weights, bands, or body weight) to sculpt, firm, and define muscles while improving cardiovascular health, metabolism, balance, and endurance, all set to motivating music for a full-body workout suitable for most fitness levels.
